Yes. During early access, approved workspaces get the full platform free. When pricing begins you'll get notice and can choose the free plan or Pro — nothing is charged silently.
Anyone who creates and changes work — tasks, boards, docs, tickets. You'd choose how many editor seats to pay for on Pro; other members can participate without an editor seat.
So you only pay for what you use. A delivery-only team shouldn't subsidize a support desk, and pricing AI per seat keeps it predictable — no per-message metering surprises.
Your data stays put. Upgrading to Pro unlocks the limits in place — nothing to migrate, nothing to export and re-import.
Yes. Plans are month-to-month. If you cancel, your workspace drops to the free plan and your data remains accessible within its limits.
